Save the Princess!

This was an invitation designed for a "superheroes save the princesses" party! I created a custom design to flat cardstock and layered it onto hot pink glitter paper. Then, I added a hot pink superhero "cape" on top with ribbon! They turned out really cute.

Baby Boy!

The customer wanted an invitation using these elephants- she sent to me... so it was simple as pie to add the polka dots and voila! Baby shower invitation! :)

Art Auction!

I designed this art auction invitation for my church. If you're in town, please come! The little artists were amazing to watch. It was fun creating some art to be auctioned off and it will be interesting to see how much each painting goes for, especially from the little ones!

One is Fun!

I was excited to create these invitations to match the party theme paper products (plates, cups, napkins, etc) the mom purchased at a birthday supply store. With this invitation, I was able to personalize with a photo of the birthday boy himself but still use the same design elements from the store bought party decor! She needed an invitation right away so as soon as she called I had a design within the hour, printed and ready for mail the next day! Yep--I'm fast! ;)

TShirts!

These are simply iron-on transfers. I designed front and back of two tshirts for sisters who love softball. The coach's shirt was a basic design for someone who retired from coaching this year and will most likely frame the shirt. :)

Western Wedding!

I designed this invitation with western flair as requested by the bride. :) I printed the design on a pearlized cream color cardstock... really pretty. :)

Girly Cards :)

Business cards, custom designed for a woman with a business selling all girly things: jewelry, purses, accessories, etc ...so the card was designed based on that idea. She expressed her preferred colors and the circles represent "beads." :)

Mother's Day Oreo Jars!

Mother's Day jars with "Jonna's Oreo Surprise!" These were gifts from my son to his teachers at church. He actually made the dessert and helped with filling each glass container.

The process: Make your favorite dessert - ours was an oreo dessert...
And layer it within a small mason jar!

Take some any colored ribbon, cut and wrap around, add fresh cut flower, stick with double sided tape

voila! very simple and yet very pretty, not to mention special! ;)

I loved seeing all the colors in the refrigerator! And all the "special "moms seemed to love the gift.

Glam Sleepover Birthday!

This one was fun to design! She wanted zebra print and pink-popular! Also, her dress in the photo is actually green, black and white; glad I was able to adjust the green to match the invitation! :)

Wedding Programs

These programs were printed on pearlized cream paper (sand) with a velum sleeve slid over the name. I designed the floral box on the velum to frame the names perfectly! :) Turned out really pretty.

This is the first dance recital invitation I've ever been asked to design and I think it's cute cute! :)

Boy's Slumber Party! :)

This turned out too cute! A "Slumber hero" party! =)

Unique Wedding Announcement

I love these glossy announcements! The top photo is the back and the bottom photo is the front and you can see size about the same as a thank you note. It's opens twice, the first time with a photo all across, then finally opens to a 4 panel brochure style card. I was excited to have the opportunity to design something unique! I hope everyone that saw them in person liked them as much as I did! :)

TShirt Design

Tshirt iron-on I did for someone who asked just 24 hours before the party! So, if you need something fast, I can do it! :) The actual design (peace sign, heart, and skates) was pulled from her birthday invitation which I didn't design, but cute anyway! ;) It actually looked great on the shirt! And the shirt looks great on the girl! :)

New Year's "Booklet"

So, this year, as every year, I wanted something unique for my own family Christmas cards. Well, needless to say I never have enough time to send out Christmas cards, so I take advantage of the New Year's option! Plus, it's like a little surprise gift for all our family and friends after the holidays are over!...especially, since I don't actually send them out until Spring! hehe!:) Anyway, I decided to do a "booklet" of our year as a family. Unfortunately, we don't see all those we love often enough and I thought this was the best way to share our life throughout 2010. I made the card with a collage of photos highlighting the special moments we experienced each month of the year. I started with a simple cover page and ended it basically the same way. I used white card stock and created each page to be approximately 5x7. Ultimately, it was like each page was an actual card itself. I punched holes in corner and tied ribbon for the "scrapbook" look! I really liked the way it turned out but I had to hand-deliver most of them. They were nearly $1 each to mail! haha! (didn't even think about that in the design process) Wished we could've given them to every single person we know... but another good reason why I can post it here! :) Hope you like it as much as we did.
