Post Card

This is actually a post card christmas card. All the post info is on the other side. This is a client of Photographer Erica Turner.

Pink and Black

The pocketbook lady business cards...those are her two favorite colors and she loves polka dots, so it all came together with a little help from her daughter wanting to get into graphic communications! It is a folded card.

Beach Christmas

ok, getting started on Christmas cards for 08! Where has the time gone?!

Cala "Lily"

This one turned out so sweet. Purple is my favorite color so of course, I absolutely LOVE it! Since her name is Lily, the cala-lily was only appropriate!

My New Bag!!!

I am so excited about my new laptop bag! I ordered it from "the pocketbook lady" from the purse party I had...isn't it so adorable! I love it!

Harvest Day!

I thought it was nice to send a card out prior to Christmas reminding people of another wonderful holiday-Thanksgiving. I love the way it turned out!

Another invite!

Wishes do come true with this special card! I think it is just darlin'!

sorry I haven't posted lately, been real busy creating more and more cards! Here's the latest birth announcement

Purse Party!

Here is the invite I did for a purse party.

Boss' Day

another one...for a lawyer whose name is Buck :-)

Halloween Party!

This is a fun filled Halloween invitation that I thought turned out just adorable, and a little spooky :-)

Boss' Day

Ok, so I have had a challenge this week with the request of making Boss' Day cards for 4 men and 1 woman...I tell ya I love a challenge! Making a greeting card for a man isn't easy but I did what I could with what little I knew about these people and I think they turned out pretty cute! I hope they like them...the fish card is a pocket with note coming out, the oreo turns open, and then there is the layered deer in headlights card...I will post the other 2 soon! :-)

Halloween Tree

ok here's my halloween tree for spirit...not much to it but ghosts and ribbon, I wanted to paint it black and then thought maybe I can start using it for every occasion and if I paint it well I will always have to paint it...so why make it hard...so it's green for now...:)

Pretty in Pink!

Well, this is the latest birth announcement. I used pearlized or "metallics" paper to give it that lustrous shimmer affect. I tilted it here so you can see the sparkle but it is really subtle. It turned out really nice. Oh, I also put a pink stripe on the envelope and printed the addresses in pink...the perfect color! :)

It's time for Halloween

found this great idea to BOO! my neighbors so this is what I did...I made Halloween baskets and bags filled with eyeball cupcakes (I created using cream cheese icing and gummy lifesavers), white chocolate popcorn hand with candycorn fingernails:-), added a ghost, the poem, some spiders with spider web, some ghost lollipops, hershey kisses, and a pumpkin candle...this is such fun for kids and for your neighborhood! Oh, I drew ghosts on the bag and then glued the eyeballs to it...

Kitchen Shower Invites

I created a kitchen bridal shower invitation for a friend, and so I designed an apron with a pocket. Inside the pocket is the actual "recipe card" invite. I did a play on words and thought they turned out to be adorable. Oh and I did address labels to match.

Thank You Cards

I did these thank you notes for a friend having twin boys. The idea came from her bedding which has circles and has the same colors. I drew the boys in the bassinet electronically. I then glittered the circles and cut out glitter paper to paste the boys on, then on top of that I added two more layers with the green layer and then the thank you layer...and VOILA...I like the "over and over" playing on twins (2) and the circles... very cute!

Baby Announcement

This is a sample of a baby in a flower. I thought it turned out really sweet.

Christmas Orders '08

Christmas card orders will be coming in soon, so make sure to place your request! Discounts are given for Holiday Cards sent to Crystal Clear for printing (no design fee). Below, a price list is posted. Thanks for your consideration and the opportunity to make your holiday a little brighter! :-)

Birthday Invitation

This one, I lust love! It is 3-d and you can't really tell it as much by the photo but I used foam dots on 3 layers! Plus I added a special touch with the glue dots to give the illusion of water drops. I also made the return address labels to match.

Levi's Birthday Party

Well, we did veggietales this year and unfortunately b/c the company discontinued most (pretty much all) of their birthday items, 'ol momma had to improvise! :-) So, let's see, I designed the invitations and the bookmarks. I actually layered the invites in a few places that you can't see here. I made Bob the Tomato cake, my aunt made Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber costumes to cover a pilates ball and an inflatable punch inflatable. (She's good, huh?! She had never seen Bob and Larry and I can't sew a button on a shirt! :) With the help of my mom and sis, homemade pizza was created. I made white choc popcorn and the italian salad. My friend made the cupcakes, but I made the toothpick toppers by using veggietales stickers. In addition, I tied ribbon to each one. Oh, and I won a rare party pack on ebay in literally, the last second....oooo, it was exciting!!!! And Guests wrote down why Levi was special to them to treasure in a time capsule. The party was lots of fun!
